Held: In this arbitration dispute brought pursuant to Chapter 1467 of the Texas Insurance Code over the reasonable amount to be reimbursed by Appellant, the trial court determined that the arbitrator’s award was not supported by substantial evidence, and the trial court determined a new award. Because there was substantial evidence to support the arbitrator’s award, the trial court’s judgment is reversed and judgment is rendered affirming the arbitrator’s decision.
