The session covers the who, what, when, where, why, and how of PSRS, with an emphasis on the judiciary’s role in completing, reviewing, and relying on the system as part of bail-related decision-making. This training serves both as a refresher for those already using PSRS and as an entry point for those beginning to build their understanding of its purpose and practical application within the judiciary. |

The session focuses on the who, what, when, where, why, and how of PSRS—explaining why the system exists, how it supports statutory requirements, and how information entered by users impacts downstream decision-making. This training is intended to establish historical and statutory context and to set the foundation for future trainings that will focus more directly on system utilization and data entry practices. |
